I have a GE refrigerator, model TBX181ABQRWW, serial number LV517294. Bushfire press advance australia fair download skype. The freezer works well, but the refrigerator section, the big fresh food part under the freezer, does not get any cooling. I found ice covering four ducts in the lower back panel of the freezer, so I defrosted them with a hair dryer, but the refrigerator still does not get cool. Original review: July 10, 2019Bought from Home Depot Nov ‘18. No issues yet. Very pleased with product so far. Love the bottom freezer! Paid $1700 with package which I felt was a good price. Would recommend to a friend. Will re-evaluate in 6 months to confirm reliability.

Original review: June 8, 2019This is probably the second refrigerator I have liked in the last 34 years. Shelf size is great. First side by side I have had with the freezer on bottom. Wish I had this one when my children were growing up. Last one I had was a top seller - could move shelves but then you would lose space on next level. This one I do like a lot. Can fit everything and stainless steel. I like very easy to clean.

Original review: March 16, 2019I love my refrigerator. It was purchased as a used appliance but still continues to work great. The best feature is the ice and water in the door. My only complaint is that the door needs to be removed when putting it in the kitchen. This isn't very easy to do.

Model gfe28hshdss purchased 3 years ago, first year the fan went. Last year the door had to be replaced because the ice line would not work? My contract had expired, this cost me big money. Office hair 6 0 serialy online. As of now the freezer is working, ice is building up on bottom of the inside.

I bought my GE refrigerator model GFD28GELEDS in January 2019. Since then GE has been out seven times and counting to fix the condensation, and freezer door freezing up issue that I've had since it was new. They hook up their tool and can seem to figure out why the numbers are all over the place. I can tell you that GE has gone downhill. I have a stove/oven that was bought at the same time and it broke after three days. They finally replaced it because they couldn't fix it now. I'm trying to get them to replace this refrigerator now because they can't fix this. I wouldn't buy this model or even any thing GE anymore unless you don't mind your food going bad in 2-4 days. Also when they send out their techs to order parts every part has always been on back order, that alone should tell you something.

Original review: Aug. 17, 2019I bought a new refrigerator approximately 8 months ago, just after GE launched their new CAFE line. Since the beginning refrigerator was giving me issues, occasionally spoiling my food. To help solve this issue I would lower the temperature further. Occasionally I would get a notification on my GE application stating again that there was a temperature increase. Roughly one month ago I woke up to a not working ice maker and leaking fridge with melted food inside, I called GE and they scheduled a technician to come to my house. The technician changed the motor, during the visit the technician was making comments such as, that an ice maker is considered a luxury, as well as, that we live in an area where it is hard to find parking so he no longer wants to come here and will never come again because my refrigerator caused him such a headache.
Exactly two days later my ice maker AGAIN stopped producing ice, I called GE again, and now they ordered a new ice maker and set up an appointment with a technician to come install it. Technician NEVER showed up to the previously confirmed visit and even texted me that he is on his way. Then after me sitting and waiting at home ALL day, taking a day off of work, I got a message stating that technician left because there was nobody home and he even tried to ring the doorbell multiple times, I checked my buildings camera footage and no technician ever showed up. I called to reschedule and it is happened AGAIN the following day. I wasted two day off from work while my patients are depending on me to come. When I finally decided that enough is enough, I complained about this technician to GE.
They scheduled another technician to come to my house. After he finished he ran some tests, stating that the temperature in my refrigerator is 68 degrees and his computer is showing that I keep my refrigerator door open for more than 20 minutes at the time, after I stated that this is absurd (it is nearly impossible to leave door open in this smart fridge considering it would beep endlessly and close on its own) The technician stated that we probably don't notice that it is open and I stated again that it's impossible because of the magnet that pulls the doors shut. I asked him to demonstrate how I could possibly leave this fridge open. He got angry and bursted out telling me to relax, in Russian. He left and wrote a note that customer yelled at him and to order MORE parts.
During that time I called GE endlessly, spoke with countless supervisors/managers, everyone keep telling me that unit has to be labeled as unrepairable in order to exchange the unit. As a customer I have a right to buy PROPERLY working products and not be given defective units who from the get go need to be repaired. This unit was from a new collection, not on sale, not floor sample, very expensive, I feel my rights were violated, I have expensive food loss. GE provided me with a check for $100 and stated that I can go to Walmart and temporarily buy a portable fridge until they fix this one. I have already had two part replacements. FOUR times a technician has come to my house and GE scheduled ANOTHER visit next week where they plan to replace the thermostat. I AGAIN have to take a day off of work to wait for a technician that may or may not show up with no reimbursement for my profit lost.
GE has no limit for the amount of visits until they admit that unit is not repairable. This is basically stating that if you are not lucky enough to buy a good unit that they are going to service this unit until the warranty expires and later you are on your own. This is a violation of my customer rights and I feel that such a company as GE has to take a responsibility and stop torturing their customers. I have to continue to open my house to strangers who force me to spend entire days at home, I feel extremely uncomfortable seeing another stranger in my house as as single female. I spent endless hours with helpless representatives on the phone, I feel as though sometimes they put me on mute. No one is listening.
I am living a nightmare. I don't understand why I have to repair a defective unit. I will not purchase GE again, none of my friends will purchase GE, none of their friends will purchase GE. I don't understand why such a huge company would put me through such a nightmare. I spent a lot of money and was hoping to enjoy my new fridge. Instead I don't have an opportunity to even store food for my family and dog and must buy ice from my local store. They should be embarrassed.

Original review: Aug. 6, 2019Bought GE Profile french door refrigerator pfca1njzhdss 6 years ago. After 4 months the fridge stopped cooling, as it was still under the warranty the company fixed it. Worked well for about year and half then broke again, the same problem, was repaired. The plastic trimming of the shelves cracked, I replaced them, the new ones cracked again in about a year of use. Three and a half months ago started again, upper part of refrigerator wasn't cooling. I called a technician, it was fixed. And now it's broken again. The freezer is working but the fridge is not. Paid $3999 for this refrigerator. I had 2 Westinghouse refrigerators before buying this HORROR, one worked for 21 years, the other is still working 16th year with not a single problem. Will never buy or recommend GE products. Terrible quality.

Original review: July 26, 2019Paid extra for Profile refrigerator, French doors. Manufacturer forgot to remove tape inside the back panel. This caused water collect. The stench was unbearable. Took a long time to get rid of it. 2 years later, he just stopped cooling. The GE tech diagnosed that the all coil system is totally corroded (mind you it's a sealed system which means it couldn't be our doing). Now we have to wait a week after the first visit and getting the replacement part, for them to install it, all in the middle of the hottest summer.

Original review: July 19, 2019I purchased a GE Refrigerator, model no. GFE26JSMAFSS. In less than a year, it started falling apart. The plastic all around the outside of the refrigerator started cracking and falling off exposing a sharp metal ridge that can easily cut someone. The handle to the freezer door is cracked and loose and feels like it is about to fall apart. A piece of plastic broke off the water dispenser and landed into my daughter's cup. GE only fixed the water dispenser and claims the remaining issues are cosmetic. I purchased this refrigerator for $1861.49. They have offered to replace the refrigerator for $1231.01. Vmc browser windows 7 download free apps. This is not acceptable. At one point they offered to replace the refrigerator for $291.65 but later said they couldn't honor that. I'm constantly caulking the refrigerator in hopes that nobody gets cut, including my 4 year old daughter.

Original review: July 3, 2019This is a terribly overpriced appliance. We paid around $1, 500 for this refrigerator for just the basics. No ice, no water, and outdated stainless steel design. The only reason I can imagine it was so expensive is a big markup by Home Depot.
